Dear Mr Vad and Mrs Ibi, I got my 1/4 inch Stealth collar in the mail almost a week ago. My Fiance'/Master Synthetik, and I absolutely love it! It is so beautiful and perfect, I almost cried (in a good way, lol) when I saw it and he collared me. I honestly feel complete wearing it :) The matching Key Pendant is beautiful as well, and Synthetik loves it, I haven't seen him without it since it came in :) Since the collar is practically seamless, my hair has yet to get caught in it (and that's saying something, it's waist-length and I was worried a little about it initially. It seems like it gets caught in necklace chains and such constantly, lol). When I put my Moebius pendant on it, it truly looks like a "Vanilla" necklace that I can wear at work and around family without anyone knowing what it really is. Thank you so much for putting so much hard work into it and for making it so perfect :) And to Ibi as well, for shipping it quickly and wrapping it so neatly too, it really did make me have the "kid at Christmas" feeling when I unwrapped it (and not to mention for including the extra keys and screws. I keep one key in my wallet and the other key and screws in their little baggie next to my bed just in case of an emergency, while Synthetik has the Key Pendant of course). I know every time I'm asked about it by people in the lifestyle or close friends, I'll be sure to dote highly upon you two and Ring of Steel in general (and if I'm asked about it by Vanilla people, well, then I'll have to feign ignorance and just say that Synthetik got "the necklace" for me from a website owned and operated by a very talented blacksmith in Arizona and his wife, lol) Synthetik and I will definitely remain loyal customers :D I couldn't imagine doing business with or wearing a competitor's collar, cuffs, and so on; because I know that the products and customer service offered at RoS are of wonderful quality. I am so glad that there are still people out there, like you all, that put their heart and soul into their work and don't cut corners. Just got my items that were ordered less than a week ago. This was an amazing service. You did a great job of informing me as things would be ready and shipped. Now that I have the collar, and two sets of cuffs, I couldn't be happier. They are heavy and comfortable. It really lets you know it is there. I love it. Thank you

After many hours of searching for a play collar for my beautiful slave I was going nuts. So many sites for collars but very little real information. The information you need when after the quality product your slave deserves. All of them either did not answer questions or gave misleading info. I placed my order but found my slave had a question I had not thought off... Vad was so kind with his time and advice. Vad did not push any product but gave good advice on the collar that would best suit my slaves neck. She was so pleased that I immediately ordered wrist collars as well for her. Now I have a very happy slave and my paypal account is not crying because I have made a purchase that has is total crap and has to be replace. A win win... Thanks Vad..you have made both of us happy.
